Попередні результати 3-го конкурсу програми Темпуc IV: 450 проектних заявок отримано EACEA з них 384 – спільні проекти, 66 – структурні заходи, включаючи 220 заявок щодо модернізації навчальних програм, 72 – реформування врядування, 158 – вища освіта та суспільство. Від України як грант-апліканти подано 2 проектні заявки, кількість заявок за участі українських інституцій вищої освіти як партнерів буде оголошено пізніше. Серед ВНЗ країн членів ЄС більше всього заявок від Німеччини, Італії, Франції, Швеції, Іспанії, Австрії, Великобританії. Розпочато перевірку відповідності технічним вимогам (eligibility check), консультації з Міністерствами, Представництвами ЄС та НТО попередньо планується у червні-липні 2010 р. а координатори отримають рішення у вересні 2010 р.

These will be posted as soon as they are available (indicative timings are given for each document below).

The notification of the Tempus IV – 3rd Call for proposals EACEA 28/2009 in all the official languages of the EU is published in the Official Journal C in 23 official EU languages.

The Application Procedure

Instructions for Applicants

Applicants can refer to this document as a guide for drafting their proposal. However, specific instructions on how to fill in the application form will be provided  by mid January 2010 together with the application form.

The Application Package consists of the following items:

• Part 1 Application form (the eForm): This is an Adobe form that is downloaded to your local computer, completed and then submitted electronically. Please have a look at the eForm page.

• Part 2 Declaration of Honour by the Legal Representative of the Applicant Organisation:
  
  This has to be downloaded, completed and signed. The declaration should then be scanned and attached to the eForm (above) (FR and DE version to follow)
  
  
• Part 3 Detailed Workplan and Budget tables
  
  This model is provided for information only and cannot be completed at this stage. The proper Workplan and Budget tables will be published along with the eForm by mid January 2010.
  
  
• Part 4 Logical Framework Matrix (Sample version only)

This Application Package (parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 listed above) must be submitted on-line, with parts 2 – 4 being attached to the form itself (Part 1) as instructed in the eForm User Guide. This version, including its annexes is considered to be the master version.

However, in order to provide safeguards for both applicants and for the Agency, and in order to submit additional required information, a complete paper copy of the eForm must be sent by postal mail to the Agency, including the following documents below (5, 6, 7, if not a public body 8, 9) signed in the original (in addition to parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 indicated above):

• Part 5 Mandates (for all partners)
  
  
• Part 6 Legal Entity Form: (applicant organisation only) The Form must be downloaded from http://ec.europa.eu/budget/execution/legal_entities_en.htm
  
  
• Part 7 Financial Identification Form: (applicant organisation only). This must be either signed by the bank concerned or accompanied by a recent bank statement. http://ec.europa.eu/budget/info_contract/ftiers_en.htm

Applicant organisations that do not have the status of a "Public Body"

• Part 8 Profit and loss accounts (of applicant organisation only), together with the balance sheet for the last three financial years for which the accounts have been closed.

Notification of Results and Contracting

All applicants will receive a written notification of the outcome as well as feedback on the evaluation of their application.

Model Grant Agreements

Please find below a draft model Grant Agreement. Successful applicants will be asked to sign this in order to receive funding. These are for reference only and may be subject to slight modification
