February 10, 2011, 11:00, Higher Education Day took place in the library of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. The Day was organized by representative office of European youth organization AEGEE-Kyiv, about 20 representatives of students’ and youth organizations of Ukraine’ HEIs participated in the event. NTO’ analytical and administrative manager Zhanna Talanova answered questions on study and internship in frame of EU’ education programs Erasmus Mundus and Tempus, and modern challenges of Bologna process implementation in Ukraine.

This event was hold in frame of European project under the same name that was initiated by Education Working Group AEGEE. One-day conferences took place over Europe under Higher Education Day, local and European problems of higher education concerning Bologna process, European mobility, non-formal education, internship were discussed during these conferences. Obtained results from all countries – participants will present on European conference.

Higher Education Day was organized by AEGEE-Kyiv (http://www.aegee.kiev.ua) – Kyiv Representative office of AEGEE, that has local office in 43 countries and 240 cities of Europe and unites 15000 youth from 18 to 35 years old.
