Lviv Institute of Banking of the University of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine (Kyiv) (LIB UB NBU) http://www.lbi.wubn.net/

2. Main field of activities of your institution:

LIB UB NBU is a profile higher educational institution that trains specialists for Ukraine's financial system. It has significant scientific and research potential: 150 scientific and pedagogical specialists. In the Institute are studying 2000 students. The Institute has a modern Conference center: conference hall for 300 seats, multimedia audience, hotel.

Our main directions of scientific researches:

- Management of Ukrainian banking system post-crisis development;

- Financial strategy of economic development and problems of its transformation in overcoming the crisis;

- Improvement of accounting, analysis and audit of the entities financial condition

organization;

- Improvement of human resource management;

- Application of IT technologies in educational process and enterprises activities.

3. Information about the intended TEMPUS project: 

We are interested to participate as a partner in projects that are aimed at the development of:

- educational plans in economic and financial disciplines;

- partner relationships with enterprises and financial organizations;

- at the development of research, innovation implementations in the educational process;

- education during life in society;

- University management system.

4. Previous international experience:

- Implementation of joint educational projects with University international partners (exchanges, summer schools, internships, joint research);

- Participation in project implementation that is supported by the program “Polish Aid - Assistance for the Poland in development of Poland's Ministry of Foreign Affairs”;

- Implementation of the "Financial Literacy" project with support of U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
